I wanted to practice coloring digitally with an app on a mobile device, and so I asked my friend Monet (the friend who drew the other picture here: bdog375.deviantart.com/art/Dou… ) what she uses to color her pictures, and she told me AutoDesk Sketchbook. I'm thinking "hey, I've used this before. Maybe my first time coloring an official picture with it won't be too bad". I was wrong.
Goodness gracious, I put the app on my phone and it wasn't fun at all. I thought my stylus was too big for one, and it couldn't get to small areas like I wanted. I also thought my phone's screen was too small. I couldn't zoom into the picture to help me (if you can zoom in on that app, I haven't figured out how.) So I decided to put the app on my tablet instead since the screen is bigger. And guess what? That didn't help much, either. Whenever I opened the picture in the app, it wouldn't load all the way. It would be bits and pieces of the picture, like the app had glitched it out or something for whatever reason. So I found a different coloring app to use instead (I forgot the name of it, but I'll probably put it here once I remember.)

This app helped me a lot more, and that's what I used to color this with. Of course, it was my very first time using that app, and so I struggled (as you can more than likely tell.) But I think for my first time coloring that way, I did an OK job at it.
This won't be the last time I color with it, either. But for now, let's just call this picture practice

I know it's not the greatest. I mean, my biggest problem with this drawing (aside from the coloring) is that I drew one side of her bow bigger than the other without realizing. But hey, it's not too bad^-^"

Monet said she wanted to color the picture as well. And she'll probably do a much better job than me. If she ever finishes it, I'll post it here in Sta.sh.
