I think you people know what inspired this little bit....As I search under "Fable", I can't help but notice numerous fics in which Reaver is revealed to be the Hero of Brightwall's 'real father'.
Although the idea is not impossible, it would still be more believable if Reaver was actually IN CHARACTER. Unfortunately in what I have read so far, he's not. He's usually doing something noble, like saving Queen Sparrow from an abusive husband (Yes, Queen Sparrow, who survived being shot TWICE).
Yes I know, he plays by his own rules, he could just happen to shoot said abusive husband. But no. It HAS to be "because he secretly loved the Queen"...
...Oh, and somehow ONLY Logan is the spawn of the EVIL abusive-rapist husband, because he's the undesirable child. Yet the child of Reaver is righteous and knows in her pure heart that Reaver is really a virtuous man that you can trust.
...I mean in Fable III He seems ever-so wrapped up in the Hero of Bowerstone am I right? I mean, throughout all of his scenes, he just won't stop talking and reminiscing about her... Right?
Well, I've said my piece, please try not to get offended. After all, I'm only venting here, it's not like I'm going to stop you guys or anything. I'm not really looking for an argument either, I'm just saying how I feel...

XD Lol. I never even considered Reaver being their father despite all the Sparrow/Reaver stuff I used to read. And if Anything, it would make more sense for Logan to be Reaver's son because they actually look alike. >w< Logan had good intentions, but just went about doing things the wrong way. Baaaah.

I'm laughing so hard right now... xD When I read this, my first thought was "What if this could have happened to me during Fable 3?". Then I was like "BIGGEST. RAGE-QUIT. EVAR.". lol I loooooove Reaver and like, almost never got married in that game (even though I LOVE games where you can get married) all because I was just DYING for Reaver to finally be like "Okay, FINE. Come back to my house and lets throw another party.". lol But then it never happened, so I ended up giving up and just married one of the castle servants and had a girl... However, the fact that condoms keep appearing in Reaver's house is still unexplained, so I like to say shes Reaver's daughter because I NEVER sleep in the castle- ALWAYS in Reaver's room at his house. I mean come on... The fact that I do that just plays in with the condoms and at least helps them make SENSE. I just keep joking, saying that Reaver comes back home at night and does things... lol Not going any farther than that. C: lol Anyway, +favs! <3

I think the coolest rendition I've read of this scenario is that Sparrow actually used him to get herself an heir-- ironic, no? The heir is Logan though, which seems more appropriate. xD

Makes actual sense at least. I think the only way the Sparrow from the previous game would willingly take his seed, she'd have to be really, really freaking evil.. or pretty stupid. Because no good can come of it, I assure you.
He would also have to be more hammered than he had ever been before in his over-lived life, as personally my heroin was effing monsterous. Ima stop thinkin' about this now cuz my head hurts....

I highly doubted it was true until about an hour ago. I went to driftwood and bought "sparrow's cabin" in fable three. I soon realized it was the only cabin in driftwood with paintings in it. I looked closer. One is of an older woman with a beauty mark beneath her left eye, like reaver, or perhaps just the tattoo of the heart. And secondly, a painting of Reavers mansion from the second game, with two figures standing in front of it. Now, what would that have been doing in sparrow's cabin?

Ugh, I'm with you. It's so incredibly out of character to put Reaver as a caring, follow-the-rules, character when, in reality, he'd pretty much just fuck Queen Sparrow and run off to some other interesting thing. This not only happens in this fandom, sadly.

I found that fanfiction.
It made me laugh and cry from the oddness. Though I would have to lean towards the Hero being Reaver's child simply because she has hero blood while Logan does not. So having two hero parents would make it more likely that the child is a hero.
Though I still think Reaver is an evil creeper and should be portrayed as such.

I agree with you though I've looked through a lot of FanFic's and they all seem to have the result of Logan being evil when that didn't seem like the case to me and Reaver being some kind of noble Hero who was in love with the Hero of Bowerstone. Reaver is the character I love to hate so it all seemed to step out of character for him, if he had a child it isn't like he would be the most parental figure much less happy about it.
This however has made my day!

I do agree that it's kind of difficult to imagine Queen Sparrow letting an abusive husband get to her...mine has a Reaver-like personality and would shoot him dead.
Personally, i got them together because Sparrow was a Bloodstone hedonist and Reaver threatened to expose this to the nobles if she didn't get her ass over to Bloodstone and sleep with him.
Oh, and the baby miscarried. She married someone else eventually.

i read something with sparrow on her death bed and it said that reaver was logans father, which would make sense. but hes not lol~ i doubt reaver would really want to get it on with an old SUPER GOOD QUEEN!
