...Just scars. Inside and out...Just a semi-emotional picture of Siegfried.
I imagine that Sieg's arm is probably scarred from it's claw-form in SC II, especially since I read in his story, that his arm actually mutated into Nightmare's huge claw. It's got to have some kind of damage from it.

I love your idea about Siegfried's scar because of Nightmare's arm. since the one on his eye is actually because of that, I share your opinion about his arm too.
