Apparently I was thinking of an AU where Milo lost his parents at an early age. Doof happens to find him somewhere, an, not having a kid himself, he wants to look after Milo Murphy. However, he was still new to all this parenting stuff, so he left Milo home unguarded. Plus, he didn't know of Murphy's law yet, so yeah, the first time he went out alone, this is how it turned out.Characters belong to Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh.
