Description
For more info on the species, visitVenin are a closed species by me.
This study sheet gives brief information on the basic behavior and anatomy of the Venin.
Venin ALWAYS (regardless of type) have a "sack" around their neck. This sack protects their reck, and is also inflatable.
Venin inflate their sack automatically with every breath, which is sort of like the way a frog's throat sack inflates when it croaks.
A Venin's sack stores oxygen; which also makes it very light, and also is able to carry a Venin through the water due to the oxygen stored inside.
Since Venin were artificially created by Venin-Labs , they are similar to modern lizards. They are reptiles, and spend a lot of their time sleeping and suntanning. Venin tend to be grumpy, but lots of Venin are now used as domesticated pets.
A Venin also has three toes, which are not sticky but are useful for hanging onto branches.
Venom drips from the Venin's mouth and tail, which often leaves a trail of venom.
This trail of venom is also used to mark a Venin's territory.
More info on the behavior and diet of a Venin coming soon.

Awww, how cute! I love the idea of a buoyancy sack for a mane - kind of like a swim bladder but external. Very nice.
