Missing the woman that stole my heartHating every moment apart
Wasn't supposed to happen like this
Wasn't supposed to find a state of bliss
What did I do to make her mine
What did I do to get inside her mind
When I'm with her I feel no pain
Find myself thinking of her again and again
Alas, how long will she wait for me
How much time before I am free
To be free day and night
To be my Queen and I her Knight
The black dragons are near
Their fiery breath is what I fear
Upon my white dragon I must ride
To keep my Queen by my side
Alas, how long will she be my Queen
How long before I become unseen
In my dungeon I wither away
Patiently waiting my freedom day
Will my Queen still be there
Or be enticed by another's stare
My love for my Queen is steadfast and true
Deep in my heart I know hers is too
Why then do I not sleep at night
For fear of the other Knights
I must show myself to be worthy and true
For only then will I prove that I love you
The black dragon is finally here
He has brought about my greatest fear
He has taken from me
The one who was to set me free
He dove into my mind
And has stolen the one I strove to find
All my fighting has been for naught
White dragon and I, he has finally caught
The Black dragon is in sight
Are Tanis and I too weary to fight
From where shall the strength come
The Black dragon has invaded my home
I must find all the power in Krynn
The Black dragon I cannot let win
Tanis and I will fight to the death
Fight until we draw our last breath
Oh fair Queen of Ansalon please do not leave
For in our future we must believe
The Black dragon we must defeat
For as a Queen and a pauper we are complete
A Kingdom I cannot offer to you
Only a heart that has a love that's true
No coffers filled with gold
Only a vault of love that cannot grow cold
The spell of the Black dragon cannot last
Tanis' magic WILL work as in the past
The strength to fight we will find
To drive the Black dragon from my mind
I have always loved my Queen
No matter how strong the Black dragon has been
My Queen I will always love in every way
My Queen I will love forever and a day
Once again the dragon is overhead
It's firey breath as always I dread
As a Knight I must stand tall
For without my sword my Kingdom will fall
I must not disappoint my Queen
My sword in the sunlight it gleems
Capture the dragon at all cost
Else my Kingdom, my Queen, all will be lost
Upon my white dragon I must ride
Black dragon nowhere to hide
With my Dragonlance into battle
Black Dragon's head upon my mantle
Many times my White and I
Battle the Black whenever he's nigh
Sent back to hell, a brush with death
The Black I scorn with my last breath
Alas, what is this
My Dragonlance and I have missed
The Black turns with fire in it's fight
A look that chills with a fright
The Black has struck my White
A slow and painful plunge into night
My White has lost it's flight
Falling, plunging, tumbling out of sight
What went wrong, have I lost my friend
My white, eyes closed, is this the end
Was it me that let you down again
Has the Black Dragon stolen my friend
I must find a way
Help my White to stay
Must find Tanis' spell
To send the Black straight to hell
What went wrong, have I let you down again
I could never loose my friend
My Dragon and I will forever fight
Stand by our Queen with all our might
In shame I must hide
My dragon I can no longer ride
As the ground becomes nearer
I can see my Queen clearer
My Queen I cherish, my Queen I love
As we plunge I see her from above
My Queen, I have disappointed you
Please forgive me, know that my love is true
Energy spent, eyes cloudy, breath short
Feeling nothing, is this comfort
Days gone by, can't remember them
But I've let you down again
