The original, cool bad guy Pokemon, Mewtwo is actually a clone of his cute and cheery counterpart, Mew. He stared in, not one but, two Pokemon movies, and is arguably the strongest Pokemon in the first gen games/ anime series. Mewtwo is that experiment gone wrong monster that turns out to be a nice guy when you get past the rough outer shell much like Frankenstein's Monster or Shrek. When I was young (and everyone else was drawing that stupid S crystal thingy [no offense]) Mewtwo was my second favorite Pokemon to draw, after Pikachu of course!Related content

And yeah, he was pretty good in Melee. Then again, the Pokemon in Melee were the only I was really good with. Now it's just Pikachu and me spamming xD
And Mew was so cute!! Especially that windmill scene
Mewtwo was pretty boss too! The first movie's sequel was actually pretty good, but it leaves me wondering whatever happened to the other cloned pokemon. Did they stay up there in the lake? And Mewtwo looked so cool in his cloak!
As much as I hate Giovanni, I am grateful for him making sure that this pokemon was created. Speaking of which, young Mewtwo and that short movie with the head scientist's daughter....SO SADD!!!!!! DX TT_TT

Modern cartoons just don't have that kind of stuff anymore! Unless they're big budget pixar/disney movies.

Aye, and even then it's a gamble. Don't really like some of the new movies they're dishing out these days. Ice Age....needs to stop. And Brave wasn't all that good. It's less than an hour, actually and was basically a poorly done version of Brother Bear (now THAT was a good film). Cars 2? Bleh. Also need to stop the Buddies movies. Too much, and I like it better when the dogs don't talk, like the original Air Bud. No high hopes for Monsters University. I want to see what happened when Sully gets back with Boo (even in a short film)!
I could go on and on....
But, there have been some good ones! Winnie the Pooh~
