This illustration is for Potter's Field 3 and I was given the opportunity to illustrate yet another Pete Mesling story. I'm a huge fan of his work and truley enjoy his vivid imagery. So this was quite a treat. I would love your thoughts.Related content

now thats what im talking about ! the stippling and shading work very well, the zombies are disgustingly awesome. only thing i could say i dont like is the lack of a background.

Yeah you caught my weakness. The lack of backround is totally a sign of laziness. The other projects i've been working on shortened the amount of time i had to work on this. Thus I opted to take the easy way out.

all though the illos has no back ground the way you laid it out suites and all black back ground. with or with out its still a fav.

great zombies, i love the way you do rotting flesh, and its cool to see how you can make a zombi creepy and gross while not rotting away almost every square inch of face (the opposite of what i do)
