Procrastinating on packing the other day and did a few Lock walk keyframes. Lots to fix. I'd like to add a trot, run, and sprint then bring it back to a walk. Then paint it up.
Quad Locks walk kind of strangely, with their somewhat improbably long bodies. It’s kind of like a swaying, slightly jarring stalk-walk in my head. It’s typical that they walk around with their heads twisted to the side, when something catches their interest but it’s not enough to make them go over and actually check it out. So they circle, or walk by, and stare.
So here we have Ary padding on by, briefly acknowledging that you exist and that you’re mildly interesting before he turns to go about his business.

Awesome, no problem.
All you need to do when you do look it up is skip past the intro, where it sounds like Megatron or some robotic villan is taing and ends saying fire, youll hear the portion after it that clicks instantly as some sort of swag walk theme.

I agree with an earlier post--with a long, flexible back like this creature has, a cheetah would be the best model for stride and run. I think for this creature, there might be more sway/swagger in the shoulder blades. It's a neat creature, and I think you've got the motion pretty close, though!

I notice that Locks also have the 'cat-walk'; only cats and camels have this walk, with both legs on the same side of the body swing in one direction instead of the usual one-paw-on-ground-at-all-times for one side.

Maned wolves do this too, moving both legs on one side at a time.

Oooh, I love watching all the anatomy moving. Have you looked at cheetahs? They have really long bodies. Maybe something between that and a lizard. But what you have there looks pretty believable.

Reminds me of thoroughbreds with extra long backs I used to know (not the most graceful of beasts because of the difficulty in getting their hind legs and butt fully engaged), combined with a greyhound.
The left front leg seems to be striding short, btw.

I think you need more up and down movement in the ribcage and pelvis but I love the movement of the legs. And just the overall design of your Locks. >w<
