Description
Painted up an older sketch this week, another one of my head-space races. These guys have been around as long as my Locks! Near 16yrs now, itβs fun to look back at past versions.They were one of the First Five races, one of the species that were the backbone of Empire Eutharius in its early stages of development. People who have followed me since the way early days will probably remember them.

uh this is not an insult in any capacity. this looks like something i would think up at like....age 6. i actually am finding my self marveling at this thing with eyes coated in nostalgia, as it just so resembles so many creatures and monsters i drew as a kid. not that this statement has any value but at least to me in particular it seems youve captured something magical with this drawing. good work man i liked it alot.

Love the thick neck and the powerful built, also the stance which highlights the power.
I'd love to see one of them sreaming with hate or another extreme emotion.

I'd love to see a history sheet of the old versions up until this one. I'm struggling with updating my own characters from when I was about 14 to something more modern/belieavable yet keep the original feeling of them. It would be interesting to see what you kept and what you dropped and why, some commentary. That would be super mega awesome.

Yeah, I remember seeing early concept artworks of this one. They live on a hot arid planet exposed by 3 suns, if I remember? Also, I think one of characters in Wintering was a searcher!
