Description I never used digital art stuff before, but I decided to experiment. Since I didn't know if I would enjoy it, I didn't want to pay anything, so I just used Muro and a regular computer mouse to see if I could do anything.

This is my first time using a computer to, in this case, Color a picture, but I think It came out rather well.

Good god, it's like Shin Godzilla did a crossover with John Carpenter's The Thing. Can you push something like this farther?

Honestly, It makes sense shin would meltdown like this. Instead of doing the typical meltdown he over adapts and evolves, thus making THIS FREAK OF NATURE BEFORE ME!

Beastrider9 In reply to IceTitan64 [2018-05-21 00:20:35 +0000 UTC]

Shin Godzilla is essentially a giant Godzilla shapped tumor with the potential of limitless mutation, so I figured it going through an Heisei style meltdown would be less a literal meltdown and more a horrific nightmare fueled event that could (usually) only ever be found in the demented mind of a guy high on ALL THE DRUGS watching a compilation of all the body horror moments in David Cronenbergs entire filmography.

Yeah it sure is as much as I liked the monster verse I would have loved to see godzilla resurgence 2 I heard that those little human godzilla hybrids were going to combine into what I'd like to call shin ghidorah! All we'll I guess I'll have him appear in that epic super robot war inspired crossover I'm working on!

Holy F@#$, man: that IS some John Carpenter shit right there........and i absolutely LOVE it! Maybe THIS is the actual kaiju version of "The Thing" i've been imagining, eh?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Beastrider9 In reply to kahnac [2018-05-20 06:58:13 +0000 UTC]

Kaiju Thing would be infinitely preferable to a planet sized ball of assimilated biomass. Granted, there must be a Kaiju phase the Thing must cross to become a meat planet, but that is beside the point.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

kahnac In reply to Beastrider9 [2018-05-20 14:57:54 +0000 UTC]

Perhaps. But the results would still be the same in terms of being a horrifying abomination of life.

better yet, what isn't he doing in Canada?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Beastrider9 In reply to ToonArtist403 [2018-06-03 01:20:31 +0000 UTC]

Well Godzilla is in the Pacific, so if he did go to Canada he would have to go through British Columbia, but why would he do that when he has Japan.

Unless there is a Kaiju in Canada then he has no reason to go to Canada.

Get a hold of an animal and throw it in a Nuclear power plant. Do that and I give Godzilla about 3 hours before he's fighting a giant Radioactive Tornado Moose in Vancouver.

That would have made Godzillalanet of the Monsters a very different movie if they were dealing with a 20,000 Shin Godzilla instead of a Plant Godzilla.
