Must be a very interesting article, about children who survive because they are handicapped, an interesting concept. I had a brief search for this book but could not find it, Garzo seems to be a prolific writer however I doubt if any of his works have been translated. I need to find out more about him.
a strangely wonderful, slightly disturbing and beautifully executed illustration. I wonder if you draw her as described in his text or whether it came from your own imagination?

this is really lovely. it made me think of the book 'the girl with glass feet', by ali shaw, about a girl who begins to turn into glass starting at her toes.
