A work for my drawing teacher. He have asked us a design for a web. This is illustration I'm going to use for the home page. Of course I have to put the letters. "Enter" or something so beneath the keyhole. There is other illustration (I'll submit it tomorrow if I finish it) which completes the sequence. I'm a little tired of pencils, so i've used watercolours for the girl and photographs to do a kind of collage. I think I'm in love with photoshop.Related content

Thanks Deformeds. The background is a mixture of a lot of things. A base of irregular watercolor. Then I did a lot of photos of branches with leaves and put them over it with Photoshop. And well, you know how it is, you put a lot of layers and manipulate more or less intuitively till you think it's finished and that's all.

oh my. this is SO very good.
i love the mixed media aspect of it.
but my favorite part is the beautiful delicate watercolor work of the little girl. that is wonderful!
and it ties in so very well with what you plan to use it for. very inventive!

I had a question: do you go to an art school or the like? Your technique is perfect.

Did you know you have no prints? Well, you do, naturally, but I didn't, and I think this is a problem. This would be a great one to make prints of. Or maybe you're like against prints or something. I'd deffently be interesting in buying one (or, um, having someone else buy one for me) if you started selling prints.

This is beautiful, such a lovely surreal feeling to the whole image. I love the paleness of the girl's skin and hair combined with the clear bright color of the key and her blue dress. Pretty setup.
