Yea I’m a brony, what of it?
so i joined the group for everyone's favourite cross-eyed flying horse
and i decided to make a picture for it
i came up with this pretty quickly strangely enough (strange for me anyway), i just remembered the old wives tale that parents tell their kids
heh, I don’t know if that’s the real reason for derpy’s expression, it’s just a theory, there’s probably loads out there, heck I saw one where apparently it was a lab accident, dr. whooves went back in time to try and fix it but was always too late and gave up, another is that it’s a serious medical condition and she’s insalted that you mentioned it and demands an apology muffin

but yea, it is a good example of demertrating how most of the time they're fighting with supernatural powers for no reason

marisa is the type of charather who puts the ANTI in anti-hero
for one thing reimus not exsactly the purest hero but compared to marisa she would be such in the seires
i mean reimu hunts youkai because its her duty as a miko, the bring order to pprotect others, marisa does it...for fun...to be honest that makes me find her a bit scary (probably doesn't help i read a fanfic of her shooting down and killing rumia simply because she past by her whilst flying...and cackling after doing so)...that is to say if i didn't own an adorable marisa plushie :3, if i didn't then the mere sight of marisa would probably sent tingles down my spine
nowadays i tend to see marisa as a 'jerk with a heart of gold'....altough 'dick with a heart of gold' mayber closer since she ranks a jerkiest of jerks

Marisa in canon is a thief and a bit of a more... Human character than others.

It's like the guy at the Army Surplus Store in Season One of the Simpsons....his running gag was supposed to be that he'd list common household accidents as the reason he was an amputee.

heh, i thought of the simpsons as well whilst making this, but more of the exchange between skinner and a student on picture day;
"pat down that cow-lick. straighten that part. uncross those eyes mister."
"but i can't."
"oh, sorry quigley"
i remeber that guy, they ended up doing that joke only once if i remeber it right
it was something they never porperly developed, like a running jokes that kang and kodos would appear in non-halloween episodes and only homer could see them, it was taken out for being 'too weird'
the one line they did use was this if i remeber right;
"if a teacher tells you not to put your arm out the window whilst on a school bus, you listen to them"
i found it amusing since it also links into an earlier episode where mrs krabble tells the students ths message warning them that they would end up like 'that one kid', bart jokes about this by putting his arm into his sleeve and saying 'and i was that boy'
not so funny when you meeting the kid you made fun of is it now bart?
