Just Super Mario swimming in his frog suit from Super Mario Bros. 3. (A pretty cool item for underwater levels.)It looked a li'l plain, so I added a bunch of underwater enemies from several Mario games from different Nintendo consoles. (Ya gatta love the diverse Mario enemy characters.)
I messed up a li'l on some of the enemies, (drew everything here completelly from memory) but overall I like how this came out.
Can you name every enemy, and wich game it's from? You might get a prize!

They are kinda cool looking, (and I like how their animation doesn't stop when you pause the game) but I admit, they were a pain in the butt. lol Especially in that auto-scrolling World 7 (Pipe Land) water level where you hafta deal with a bunch of them!

Awesome drawing! I think the baddies came out great. The frog suit was definitely a saving grace for those water worlds. I wish they'd go with the animal suits/gigantic wind-up boot power ups in Mario games again. It gave the games some cool diversity. It was a nice little revisitation in Mario Galaxy, but nothing quite beats the old NES games. :3

Yeah, it would be awesome to have the Kuribo's shoe in 3D, (and obtain it the same way from a goomba) not to mention other power-ups.
