The title says it all. In case you don't get it, Nintendo has changed the name to the upcoming Revolution console to "Wii." (Pronounced like "Wee.") I just couldn't resist drawing this. (I admit, I kinda stole this gag from the "Pet Rock" gag in Familly Guy.)
And no, I am NOT anti-Revolution/Wii, or anything. So don't start complaining if you can't take a joke.

Revolution may have been too cliche, but they could have come up with a better name than Wii.

Acctually, "Revolution" was never ment to be it's final name. It was just a code name, kinda like how the GameCube was refered to as project "Dolphin" when it was first announced to be in the works.
(I still remember people having a cow thinking that "Dolphin" was going to be it's actual name. lol)

Yeah, but still, Wii is just stupid.
They could have and should have come up with something better, or at least spelled it differently, like "We" maybe (Nintendo says the reason they gave it that name was because they want to encourage mulitplayer and whatnot, like "we are playing together")

To be honest, I thought "GameCube" was a dumb name, but eventually I got used to it.
I think "We" would be a worse (and more confusing) name then "Wii" personally.

Kinda like how the GameCube was called "Project Dolphin," and the N64 "Project Rality/Ultra 64" when those systems were being made.
