It's Riff Raff again from the awesome 1980s cartoon "Heathcliff & the Catillac Cats," a show I loved when I was little. (And still do) He's with his girlfriend Cleo who is also from the cartoon.
(He certainly has a better looking girlfriend then Heathcliff does, hehe)
The onley thing I don't like about this pic I drew is I messed up while inking Riff Raff's cane, so now it looks all wierd looking.
BTW Heathcliff/Cats & Co. fans. I heard that the show has now been released in a 4-disk box set on DVD. Pretty cool, eh? I gatta get that.

Tis a shame both Garfield and Heathcliff's Voices Since Passed Away.
Mel Blanc (Heathcliff) in 1989 and Lorenzo Music (Garfield) in 2001.
Still both shows were awesome.........and Im undecided on both.

Excellent! Heathcliff / Catillac Cats is up there with one of my all time favorite cartoons ever. Just bought the entire 3 disc DVD box set of it for the 1984-1985 season. Riff Raff rules!

I really want that DVD set. (Oh it's 3 disks?) Where did you find it? I heard some other DIC shows have been released in those box sets to. (Like Zelda)
I have one of the single Heathcliff DVDs released a few years back titled "Fish Tales," wich has some pretty good eps on it. (Although it has 6 Heathcliff cartoons, it onley onley 3 Catillac Cats ones. So they weren't full shows on it)

Though, unlike what tintin2005 thinks, Garfield is actually younger than Heathcliff.

Acctually I think Heathcliff came out first. They do have alot in common I noticed.
They were both orange, they were both chubby, they both had strikes, they both like mischeif, and playing pranks, and they were both from different newspaper comic strips that came out in the 1970s.

OMG! This show. I think it's a Garfield spinoff. I watched than i was child. That's 100% much better than the gross-out today's cartoons

You can definately tell it's an 80s cartoon with how some of the characters dress.
