Here we go! My finalized take on Small Brawl Minion! I went with a Mace on a robotic arm instead of a hammer because I thought it looked cooler. Let me know what ya'll think.

Special: “Mace Smash n’ Slam” – The giant arm mounted mace on the front slams the ground with a humongous amount of force, creating a large shockwave that damages any car in its path. Directly hitting someone with the mace will cause massive damage, possibly insta-killing lightweight cars.
Driver: - “Minion” – A violent, demon mask wearing punk who is the leader of a local street gang dubbed “Apocalypse 9”. While their goals are unknown, they make it no secret that they are violent and will do anything it takes to win Billy Calypso’s twisted game. To this end, they stole a champion fighting robot from local child inventor Axel and plan to use its destructive might to destroy all who get in their way.
