Angry because I want to hunt the bastard down who left Dinky in that dumpster to potentially DIE of Derpy didn't find her

What's also horrifying about this is that you don't know how long Dinky's been in there and the back story of her biological parents. Her mother could have been a teenager or a careless parent.
Though, it's reliving to see that Ditzy (I like better it, then Derpy) found her.

Abused Derpy, Knocked up, accidental foal, father bails as soon as news hits, both are sad and abandoned. Main 6 and friends comfort them.
Doctor Whooves arrives and assessed situation. He not only feels bad for them, but also cries and Dinky hugs him. Derpy and he start dating and they love each other.Β
2 years later...
They are married and Sparkler is on the way.
And that's my canon to how they all lived happily ever after.
Also, this comic is sad and adorable and happy.Β

I knew that was an error. I just ignored it. Anyway, after Sparkler was born, Dinky was adopted from the orphanage.Β

But I thought Dinky got Derpy and the Doctor together with the hug?Β Wouldn't it make more sense that Sparkler was adopted even though she was older than Dinky because she was an older orphan who babysat for spare bits so often that Dinky treated her as a big sister and Derpy and the Doctor just decided that was the right thing to do?

In my mind, they're actually sisters who lost their parents when Dinky was in her infancy (it explains why Derpy seems young to have a foal), but this was magical!

I see dinky as more a Niece that a sister or daughter because of Sparkler

That could work too. Sparkler is far too old for me to see her as Ditzy's biological offspring. Ditzy doesn't seem too much older than the Mane 6 to me, and if Equestria Girls is to be believed, they're only high-schoolers. So even adjusting for Dinky, I wouldn't put her too much past her early to mid-20's. Sparkler would make her in her 30's though, and I just don't see her being that old.
