oh, that last part made me think of an old "bloom county" comic strip: someone was paid Millions of dollars to make an anti-missile defense system, and came up with an absurd plan to sew the actual dollar bills together to make a giant net that would catch the missiles! and they called it the "star trek" system...

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental
hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the
