This is my entry for the CONTEST from Kyoux her work is so amazing. I'm sorry for the poor definition of the picture, but it's the best I can do with my old iPod... Sorry.
(In case you didn't know Firyal was born as a boy, but is a woman on the inside, she's a transexual but didn't transformed her body.)

   I wanted to draw the Firyal from my mind, as I see her while reading " Echo of the past " (the delightful story Kyoux is writting chapter by chapter). It was a bit difficult for me to draw an androgene character that still look like a beautiful woman but with something "male" in her body. I focused mostly on the face, so the tight long sleeved shirt I drew her in was mostly to reduce the body details to bare shades. This way it was easier to show her shoulder being a bit to wide for an average woman, and her flat chest, without having to get crazy on too much details.
   It is the only drawing I've been able to focus on for long in years. I spent 40 minutes on this one, but usualy after 10 minutes I give up. Though as a teen I used to spend hours on one drawing...

   I must say I'm very happy with the final result. Though I'm not willing to do anything alike for a long time again. I really felt in my hands I had to draw her so I did. She really have the strong-but-gentle look I wanted her to have. I love Firyal, and I wish to read more about her sometime.
