Description This is a pair of socks I knitted last winter, in January 2015, for my daughter.
On Christmas, my brother made me a yarn gift bag, there was about seven balls... all of different yarns and (amazingly bright) colours. It was great, though he didn't knew that "1 ball = 1 small project", hehe. So this pair of multicoloured socks comes from one of these yarn balls. I made them by "reading" a pair my grandmother made for me as a baby, I just had to change the length of the foot.

Nice work!  It's clear you started at the same spot on the yarn color change in order to make the stripes match.  I do that, too.  Did you knit both socks at the same time or one at a time?  I do both socks at the same time using the Magic Loop method.  Socks!  I love 'em!

Thank you! Though the stripe match is a luck, I had only one yarn ball of that colour and I new I would have just enough yarn for these socks. I knitted them one at a time on four needles. It was quick and I liked it a lot, right now I'm starting a new pair for next winter.
