Okay, I'll come clean. I'm a descendant of Clifford Irving and thought I could pull it off, but the alacrity of recognition and response by Dr. Beebee

My mother had met your mother when they were in the same graduating class at RIT. (way before it was common for women to be enrolled there). So my mom knew of your relation to Irving, and when she read your initial post, she was highly suspect. Thats when she decided to send me the photo which your mother had shown her way back when they were girl geniuses.
I'm sorry to expose you in such a way, but had you not made this farce public, you would not be disgraced by the community.
This is a sad sad day for pseudo-science.
