I had been over a week without painting and thus severely deprived... and when I picked up the brush I just kinda... lost it.
Used [link] as a reference - thanks to for letting me.
It was fun
Gouache on some rough paper 25 x 43 cm
Edit: after some incredibly to-the-point feedback from I renamed it. What I had on my mind would have been along the lines of Chaos Gave Birth to a Suicidal Android but it wouldn't fit in the title field
. But anyway, major thanks for input to her who officially gets me better than myself 
This gives me an idea of something along the same lines... Sudden Birth Trauma or such. We will see. I'm so filled with ideas right now and that's NEVER a good thing.

Haha, glad you like it. I would have somehow felt I had violated someone if I painted them in a way they hated.
Excess of ideas is the best and worst thing.

I still love this more than I can describe! Have you ever considered making your paintings available as prints? Because this is something I'd totally love to have on my wall! It's very hypnotic to look at, every time I look at it I discover something else about it. This time it was the blue in the bottom right hand area.
Ah, the limit on titles can be so annoying at times, can't it? I get the reason for it of course, but I've had to cut titles down a couple times myself. Because concise and me don't belong together... haha!

You know, I feel odd about saying this about my own work but... I'm starting to like it too. I wasn't first too thrilled about this but the more I look at it the more I like it, which is totally weird because I typically become very disenchanted with my own work and after a little while can't stant the sight of it. But for some reason this doesn't bore me (yet).
I haven't really thought about the prints because my work doesn't generally get that much views anyway... but maybe I'll look into that someday.
