I really like the contrast between the blackness of the cat and shades of grey in the background! Love it!

Thank you very much for the comment !!

You like it for that reason? Okay, well ... it's interesting indeed.

I tried to get  some unreality in the gray abstractions. The cat appear as a reference. The colored eyes the cat got was made so that the art became more vivid and more depth in the arts was obtained. I considered so anyway.

The coloring were kept down so that the picture would be more discreet, and therefore  held in a more or less gray gradation.

I like cat very much! An idea is very interesting! An abstraction isn't very complicated but I really like it  Good job!

I agree wholeheartedly much. An abstraction need not be difficult, but may become so dependent on the time one want to put down.

What facinate me with an abstraction is that it is possible to distort "reality" ( what we perceive as reality commonly ) so that it becomes a challenge for the brain to understand the artwork, picture etc.. Additionally, abstraction allow ourselves to express with a pure feeling, what type of feelings are evoked within ourself for the art that appear along the creation? is the question.

I use to think like this nowadays around abstract art.     How do you think Julia ?

I also agree with your point of view. I like very much those abstract paintings that can make us think over them, abstraction is something that can break our reality, our perception of world. Usually different people see different things in abstract paintings and it is one of the most interesting things about it - its catholicity or versatility. Also, it is very interesting for me what feelings and emotions has the artist while painting the abstraction and what he or she wanted to express with a help of it.

yes, I understand and agree with you Julia. You think as I do around abstract art. Very insightful.

Thanks for sharing knowledge, and answer my question.

Thank you... Barbara for the comment !   , it make me happy that you like it !

yes, well...I give it a try on abstract art, with the more real subject, the cat as a real reference to relate to when viewing the gray abstract environment.

One can always improve art like this, in one direction or the other, more abstract or real, but on the other hand, it takes even more  time.

Many thanks for those words Eva !

This is my first abstract art , with a lot of uncertainty what is seen as abstraction enough so I got into this attempt to create something.

The cat is probably the only real, but I added it to create a little mystery and maybe something to relate the enviroment to. I am fully aware  it is not entirely real in how the cat appears, but then I thought that it may go under the abstract, and therefore decided to leave as the result is now.

Cats usually hide anyhow, so your concept is great with
the abstractness

You are a true supporter of the art i have made , so i am very happy for that obviously, very grateful indeed.

This artwork then, it is first abstract art , so....with some uncertainty what are classified as abstraction enough  I went into this attempt to create something. The cat is probably the only real, but I added to create a little mystery   , and something for people to relate to.

......... Abby for the kind-hearted comment upon my first abstract art work.

To be honest, I do not know exactly were the line goes between abstract and real art.

But I assume this belonge to the abstract art, more so than art depicting the real "world" .

Also,  it is nice for me to read that you think this is a good job , it make me happy of course, so...thanks again
