So.........Someone has recently been making GIFs... because someone recently learned how to do it. So... someone's been having too much fun.Long story short of it right there folks. 83
If you want to learn how to make GIFs, I can point you to the page where I learned. Just know that you will need VLC and Photoshop CS4.
