So, I came across the Sonic pirate AU as well as the outfits Sonic Dash has been putting out annnnnd....yeah, I couldn't resist. xD I'm a sucker for making new outfits anyway. Also, the color scheme actually came out as it was in my head, FINALLY! That never happens, ever. I hate it when colors evade me. ><;

Also, look at Shae Eye's sweet little ponytail! I never thought he could look cuter.

I imagine the two of them just live in town, minding their own business, when they're shanghaied by pirates due to Tanja's mystical abilities and the fact that Shade Eye is one of the few Chao that speaks a different language. However, they manage to make friends in first mate Sonic the Hedgehog as well as others on board, even managing to catch the interest of the ship's scary captain, Shadow the Hedgehog. Tanja is definitely intrigued by him, since he seems to share similar powers to her. But who knows where this path will lead them?
