Description
I made these shoes from scratch starting with a base pair of shoes that were then covered in red fabric. I hand sewed each sequin on one at a time and knotted the ends of each row securely. I made the bows using craft foam as a base, covered it in the same fabric, and then glue on the larger gems, Swarovski rhinestones, and ruby bugle beads.
The sequins I used are the same style as the originals, 5mm transparent red flat sequins. These were actually harder to find than I thought, it took me about 3-4 hours of searching online.
They took about 30 hours to complete, of course this spanned over the whole month of October.
