The Unicorn And The Virgin

She slips quietly
through the shadows
of the early morning dawn
her bare feet following the path
winding down through the valley
wandering into the enchanted wood
her hair blowing lightly in the breeze
as it trailed down her back
her heart beating with anticipation
golden droplets of moisture
beading her bare skin

will he be there?
will this be the day?

she has waited and waited
for this secret moment
so that she could slip away
to find out for sure
if, yes, if, he would be there
for only a few are able to see him
only a few ever have the chance
to know him

and at last
she enters the glade
and catches her breath
for there he stands
his muzzle dripping water
from the brook at his feet
she casts away any doubt
it is the time
and she is ready
as he turns his eyes upon her
his one horn glistening in the sun
as he morphs
changing into a man
a man but not a human man
a god
she casts her eyes down his golden body
as he too casts his upon her
and they step toward each other
he doesnt turn away
it is the moment
and then with tenderness beyond
anything she had ever known
he enters her and fills her
with his love

they remained joined
until the morning birds
began to sing
and the roosters called
for the wakening

joy filled her soul
as her moaning body
arched against him
turning and caressing
loving and feeling
building up to..to..climax!!!
the first that
she had ever known

and then she opens
her eyes and sees
the morning sun shining
only upon the vision
of a white equine
gliding away into the forest
and she knows
she can never
see him
again
