(Cecil)-ius Calvert ; the second of the II Lord Baltimore series,1661c. is the statue parked outside. The "Good Lord" was only spared from harbor dunking, for two good reasons. One; he's considered fine art. The second reason; he's too old to have been a "confederate". The property was rededicated in 1895 to a Clarence M. Mitchell Jr, who was a pioneer in the advancement for civil rights.
