I like it. A lot. Amazing style, both for characters and colors. Of course the Gohan does look more like a midget, it's been pointed out. It's really the only obvious flaw I see, but kids are hard to get right. I still have trouble sometimes. I hope you don't mind the minor critique.
Observations I've made & tips given to me to help draw children:
Eyes- proportionately slightly bigger (eye:head ratio) or rounder than adults', eyebrows usually thinner/smaller and further up from the eyes (than) adults'. You've done a decent job here.
Nose- proportionately smaller than adults'; it's a part of the body that continues to grow as you get older (big case here, the nose is most likely the culprit making Gohan look 'off')
Head- generally rounder, less oblong and less defined ( lack of definition for the body and facial structure are general rule as well--as it is for women), head proportionately bigger compared to body (which you've already done here-- perhaps just slightly too big... but not noticeably). In this case, the neck is a little too thick here in proportion to his head. Gohan is also a tad top-heavy (another midget culprit), raising the sash/belt might help.
So, if you do happen to update this, the slight changes you could make are Gohan's neck- slightly thinner, Nose- smaller (shorter, perhaps thinner nostrils), eyes- maybe drop them slightly toward the nose, away from the eyebrows. You could also make them a touch bigger. For Piccolo, Only flaw I see is the gap between his pants and boots is purple, which is to be his skin (color).

Hey man, thanks for all the crits!I love feedback like that so don't worry about it. Everything you said makes a ton of sense, I'm pretty busy on other paintings at the moment but hopefully I'll get a chance to fix these issues which seem blindingly obvious now.
