The sky wasn't actually that gray. I used a Cokin P121 graduated filter to darken the sky, then in PS processing brushed some black and set to softlight to darken it even more.

The only photoshop I did was darken the skies, which were already rather dark due to a Graduated gray filter
I processed it RAW in PS, contrast darken shadows. Added a color balance + border then saved
