Thought i'd try and draw my deviant ID .. its risky because everybody can compare it with the photo.. but im learning still and critisism will be appreciatedtook probably 5 hours.. got very bored with the hair which is why it's a bti rushed.. the jacket and shirt was rushed
used 4H mainly and then found 3B and used that on darker areas
this portrait is going towards my practice for my exam in art

yeah well pencil is cheap and there's so many techniques you can do. i've never got into painting but i should =/

aww thanks. I kinda dint like the shading coz i thought it were too messy and scruffy, then sum1 told me about blending stumps. and i blending it all alot softer and crisper a while ago. but thats been submitted to college :/

The eyes are very well done. Good job. May i suggest makin the size slightly smaller so we can see all the drawing in one look ^_^

thanks i had my lamp over the top of it. so theres a lot of light shining at top, anoying but that might add to the mood
