Description

Technically, Atenea would be the last person you’d think of as a fighter. An only daughter of the owner of one of the largest chemical companies in the world, she had enough money to live a life most would dream of. And yet, basically on a daily basis she puts on her luchador mask and steps in the ring. No matter the stipulation, weight class or gender. Making a fraction of what she could be if she focused on her job in the chemical company full time. Many people asked her “Why?”. And the answer is always the same:
“Because It’s fun.”
It’s obvious she’s telling the truth, once you see her work in the ring. Atenea is an incredibly energetic fighter, with an attitude that could be described as malicious. With a grappling base, any striking is just a means to get closer to her opponents, and get them to the ground. Once she accomplishes her goal, it becomes difficult to get free of her grasp. Utilizing a plethora of submission moves to submit her rivals. She often goes for flashy moves instead of effective ones, mostly to demoralize whoever she’s fighting. In many circles, the pink mohawk became a red flag, to not be engaged with under any circumstances, because of her lack of sportsmanship and general mean behavior on the mats.
Outside of the ring she’s a well spoken person with the same amounts of energy as in her matches. Still cocky and full of herself, but incredibly passionate about fighting… and winning. She hates losing, a lot. Atenea is incredibly vengeful, and she will go to incredible lengths to get a rematch with whoever she lost to. And because she’s got too much time and money, she usually gets her way. Thanks to her wealth, she can afford the best trainers around, to fulfill this little passion project of hers.
Atenea is here to stay, in the fight scene. Whether other fighters like it or not.

Author's note: It's been quite a while since I've done a bio for a character and this one was a long time coming. Basically an OG of my page, she's been a staple in my earlier works, but she's been set aside for a while now. Well, not for long, because there's gonna be some new stuff involving her, that's coming soon.
