He says this when you choose him from character celection menu.I think He's supposed to say "Let's make this quick".
Damn I love that character. Colored in Photoshop, but I suck on that program, so coloring is bad. I also screwed up on the legs, but the reason for that is that when I Googled for images of him, I only got images of his upper part. All the images of the whole character was from either concept scetches or weird fan-art.

Maybe. But usually my drawings are really supposed to be colorless.
There was many places that I had to mark for coloring here, becuse I didn't plan on doing it before I was editing it in Photoshop. So I had put shadow on it from before. Really hard to get all the places. There probably was an easier way too, but I'm not so good in this program.
