I love bothl versions. Each one tells another story. Add more light and it be a third one

Ha Ha. When you say take another pass does this mean that you,
1. 'Ctrl' select the desired layer you wish to change in the Layers' palette to bring up the marching ants.
2. Select 'New fill or adjustment layer' in the 'Layers' palette and then,
3. Play with the sliders abit till you get nearer a colour you like?
Or,
4. Are you genuinely going to recolour this???
(I never do this) Well. Ok. Sometimes. But usually years later. When I can stand to look at the pic again.

Actually it depends on how things go. Right now I'm painting on a new layer on top of the existing in Painter. It's a good way to tweak. But sometimes you have to chuck it all and start over. I don't think I have to go that extreme, but adjusting color sliders won't do it.

I see. Out of interest, how are you finding Painter???

I go back and forth on it. These days I tend to use the Tint brushes to do my coloring because I like how they handle gradations. But I seem to go back and forth between different styles of coloring. I feel like it gives me more control than Manga Studio does. Photoshop's new CS6 brushes pretty much suck.

Yeah. Thanks Ben. I don't actually rate PS brushes much either... thought it might be time for a change... budget permitting...
Just testing the waters at the mo...

I look forward to that another pass, though it's already decent (as weird as it sounds when talking about Vampirella).

LOL. Yeah, this feels more like a color rough to me. We'll see if I have the motivation to actually take a proper pass at it.
