Description
Okay, I made a megapack of sorts which contains a SFM version and a Gmod version of the JackSepticEye model. I don't know what state these are in, or if they will work. If there is any issues with this, I won't be able to help. I have zero knowledge of modeling and the likes, and have lost the original software/files.- This was modeled from the video 'I'M ALL ALONE!' (www.youtube.com/watch?v=DCNSxy⦠)
- This model should hopefully have facial flexes, they was redownloaded after Fuse made that a thing, but I don't know.
If there is any issues with it, and you have the know-how, you can edit the model to fix any issues or add new things like lip sych or something, just credit me for the original model.Β
You are free to use this model however you like, just remember to credit me. (And link me, I want to see what people can do :3)
Enjoy!

How do I put this into SFM? I have it downloaded and made a folder specifically for it, but when I went into the SDK to create a search path for it it's not showing up. I would've downloaded it from the workshop too, but there are no JackSepticEye models on the workshop (there used to be one, but it got taken down and now I can't find it again)

You should be able to just extract the Materials & Models folder into the Usermod folder inside SFM. I think I know what you are trying to do, though. If you are making a folder inside SFM to put models and whatnot into, inside Usermod is a file called 'gameinfo.txt' Open it, and where it says SearchPaths, add the folder in the same layout as the other ones are listed.
Hope thos helps! If not, feel free to get a hold of me again and I'll see if I can help ^^

I figured it out. I was trying to put the entire JackSepticEyeSFM folder into another folder, only to realize it only needed the material and model folders because the paths were conflicting with each other XD.

It isn't on Steam Workshop yet. Might put it on when I get the computer back, not sure.

I'll gladly make the Gmod version for this, if you'd like me to.

Fuse models can be exported in a number of different formats, Gmod included. I might make a 'megapack' that includes all the formats, but if ya' want to take a shot at it, go ahead, just remember to give credit and blah blah blah, rights or something, blah blah blah. ^^

Hey, have you made that megapack? ^^ Because I could really use this ^^ Or maybe you could send the fuse save file if you still have it?

It's been updated, and the MegaPack has been uploaded too. How well it'll turn out, I dunno.

No, I never did make that megapack. Bad news is I lost my fuse files apparently, but good news is it is still on the website, so I'll try downloading it and doing what I need to make it a Garrysmod ragdoll as well as the SFM model. Hopefully shouldn't take too long

So wait... This was made in Fuse? Neat! I was kinda hoping I could create Reggie Fils-aime in it, amongst other people. Any tips and whether or not I should buy Fuse?

Well, Fuse is quite expensive for the program alone, but I guess it get's it's worth. The models are high quality, pretty much everything can be customized, and it's pretty simple to understand. Once the model is done, ya' upload it to the site, it get's auto-rigged and ready for download. You can download animations too (Although these cost) and since Fuse was generally designed for game developers, there are a lot of formats to download in, well, for Unity I think. Only limits I can think of right now is that as a free account holder, you can only rig 2 models a week before they charge, and it'll reset each week. Oh, and the lack of lip-synching in SFM right now, but they are workin' on it. I have seen that you can add custom content to Fuse, like clothing, but I haven't the slightest clue how, or where to look for that. Overall, I guess it's worth it, but I don't know who these characters are, so there might not be the right stuff for what ya' need.
Heh, sorry for the long block of text. ^^'
