Description
So while out of state i've been doodling very little. BUT after watching a couple of episodes of MLP FIM with the kiddos I started wanting to doodle up a few of my old MLP characters in the MLP FIM style.So for the moment, I got King and Monocle Sunset. Not sure how they look outside of my laptop right now but hopefully the colors are not that far off.
King is charismatic, manipulative, vain, powerful, and obsessed with gold and riches - If his ensemble didn't tip that off already. Gold, gold, and more gold. His mane and tail shimmer and roll like molten gold. Basically like Celestia's and Nightmare Moon's hair. Just well...gold. Fluctuates in shades. If I could animate I would.
He has a "Midas' Touch" ability alongside quite a few other dangerous powers...that including his ability to shift into another form that is even more powerful. Hint, it's another fantasy critter of monstrous proportions that is obsessed with...gold. Greed. I'm sure that won't be hard to guess considering there have been a few in the show already and one is a main character. Some factors must come into play for him to shift, but once he's at the point - it's pretty much Game over unless his weakness is figured out.
Anywho, King is mine. So yeah, please no takey.

Also. Took notice you commented to quite a few commentors about "male" alicorns. Or, Pegasus Unicorns. Not sure if you read up on my description but this is based on an old character who was a Pegasus Unicorn before FIM even appeared on the radar. Never had them in G1 either. IE, I think if you want to draw up whatever, go for it. You don't really need know-it-alls to come in and try and rationalize things that aren't going to effect canon in the first place. It just makes you look insanely pretentious. Thank you very much.

statistically speaking there must be at least one male alicorn out there since we've confirmed the existence of three females already XD...Though personally I still wonder what the deal is with Cadence given how Luna & Celestia are supposed to be night and day and the rulers of Equestria and all that jazz (i.e. their unique existence would have made more sense if they were the only alicorns in Equestria lol)

It's a fictional character that isn't going to effect anything canon. As far as the stuff with the MLPFIM series is concerned - I don't keep up with it enough or care on the specifics. Apparently a lot of people take things way to friggin' seriously considering this person responded to you and another person in pretty much the same way. Reminds me of some of the TF fans that get way to into shit. Main reason I try to stay away from fandoms. Jesus.

If the the child is a girl, it will be an alicorn, but if is not, it will be a pegasi. And since all of canon alicorns are female, and the main demographic is still little girls, it makes sense. And explains why Blueblood is a unicorn while Cadence is an alicorn.
