My part of the Paleo Exchange on LJ of Weaver's ( ) Robin Brightfeather the Archeopteryx.I haven't drawn a Archeopteryx in...well...ever I think. SO...yeah. Hopefully she didn't come out all that bad. @_@; UGH MY COLORING IS HORRIBAD.

This is so so so amazing that I am going to spread the love out EVERYWHERE.
FIRSTLY, I am LOVING the pose. Pose = 
Secondly, I love how reptilian her head is! Scale!love! I love the expression and I especially love the area of the eye, eye-brow ridge and crest connection...and the mouth! That's such a tricky angle and you really pooled it off!
Thirdly, I really love how you did her legs, feet, claws and hands! They've got the nobbly, somewhat awkward looking feature that you see in birds, but still strike me as reptilian.

*cackle* Again, as I said on FA, I am glad you like her! I wasn't sure really how she was going to come out-but I try for those dynamic poses when it comes to dinosaurs especially...I like to make them look like they are doing something, er, animated? I have a weird dinosaur style thing...lol.
