Oh woe is me, pencils!Quick sketch from last night at random while coloring I think-mostly also inspired from watching that damn video with Steve Blum doing the little example voice and brain going *ka-POP*. This was the second attempt at him, actually. The other one is...ugh. Not like I can go off too much anyway besides the small images. Cybertron based, as I can only assume from the pages.
I have yet to get Megatron down, I have a feeling i'm going to try and sketch some Deadlock face momentarily only because I got the comic earlier today.
BUT anyway, yeah. TF Prime Starscream. I think I gave him more neck then he's probably got, but that's probably just my own TF Aesthetics kicking in and I do so much like giving them necks. askfajldksg

I love your style of sketching! I love your take on the new design, and even if there are a few differences here and there, that reference was pretty tiny. It's a pain to get details from images like that!
Ya know, I do the exact same thing. I love adding on necks and messing with heads are inclined and such, but I either make it too thick or too long. Oh well~

Much appreciated on the sketching! I just really need to get some better blue lead so I can have a better grasp (or that is what i'm telling myself! Arghs!). And yes, I hope soon we get to see some more images of him and the others in a better state! Then more fanart!
And yes, something about necks is great, but I get what you mean there too. There are a couple characters i've attempted I haven't gotten down yet, but eh, some of them are hard enough to play with as it is...just gotta keep trying! Or we might go bonkers.

Lolol. Well, he played a lot of anime and video game characters. Best one I can shoot up right off is Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop. As for others, you'd have to look it up, I can't place them but i've heard him in so much stuff.

His voice is really gravelly, so it adds a bit of something that the others didn't, but Armada is the perfect example as this; his voice was really scratchy, and it was kinda cool-- G1 was too pitchy, and Animated made me laugh (since it was Tom Kenny XD). This is just my look at it. :\
But, simply and plainly, it's a girl thing.

I'm glad they decided not to make Prime Starscream look like the movie version like they did with Megs, OP, and Bee. I mean those three pull off the look well, but I'd always prefer a classicish looking Scream to another dorito

I think that was a big fear quite a few had, and in a way I agree, even though I do like Movie Starscream. I guess his look just wouldn't have fit with this recent setting though really. I guess we'll see how he fairs when we get his actual 'Earth' mode look as opposed to the Cybertron mode they had in that little comic preview.
