Wow, Very Nice Phantom Miria! One of my fav cosplays of her. Good choice for a background too, only the roof of the building looks really out of place but the stone front works and the wall and tree are very fitting.
Amazing work on the sword! Almost everything about it seems just about perfect even the size (based on your size anyway) and that's a rare for cosplay!
The outfit is good too, all the belts (you even got the metal straps on them in the right places) and armor is in the right places. However I just kinda dislike the material you used since I always in-visioned leather, put another way it looks a bit modern. Maybe it's just the fact that the waste is a bit bunched up due to you sitting down. Though I'm sure leather was just far too expensive and can't blame you for not using it xD.
Your expression seems pretty close to Miria's too. Though I personally am having a bit of a hard time trying to figure out exactly what part of Miria's character you're trying to capture. Are you looking at a fellow warrior (like Clare being a dumbass going off looking for Raki again), thinking of the org, how to get rid of Tabitha, whether to go east or west, etc... most of your other cosplays I have a good idea right off the bat what your wanting the viewer to see of the character but here, well I'm kinda at a loss without some context I guess. Then again the warriors in Claymore can be too stoic for their own good sometimes... maybe I should be giving you props for this instead

I pondered about leather for the uniform but for comfort and expense I chose a twill instead. Something that's common for uniforms. As for the setting, you only have so much to work with in a park in the middle of downtown.
Maybe the context could be her thinking about how she'll try to take on the Organization without involving any of the other 6 North War survivors? Miria always struck me as the type that has a content look to her facial expression, rather than cocky like Helen or stoic like Clare.

Believe me not complaining in the slightest and I understand the cost aspect since I'm not swimming in money on my end either and comfort was something I didn't consider, good point... just stating all my thoughts and feelings on the pic when I first saw it. Nice to know you considered leather too and I'm not alone in thinking it's good choice for the material of their outfits.
Overall it's quite clear that you put effort into every aspect of this from the making of the costume to where the photo was taken. I really appreciate that in any cosplay, let alone a series that I'm a fan of (bwt you are my favorite Juvia cosplayer 
Great job and keep up the amazing cosplays!
