okay, so i have photoshop elements editor 10 and i have "mode" but i don't have the "shading" option, all i have is "bitmap", "greyscale", "index color", "RGB color"
it won't let me do "shading" :(

no it's a SAI-feature only D:
But
you can also add a new layer and pick a bright/dark color
and then reduce the layer opacity, so you can still shade like that ^^
