I'll base this on the premise that you have no idea what Warhammer 40k is since that's a good place to start
There's a common joke for Warhammer 40k(A tabletop game turned video game) fans that depicts a soldier sitting in a tank(The vehicle) holding a sword saying "Drive me closer, i want to hit them with my sword"
This is the reverse, having Rainbow Dash(In place of the soldier) sitting on a sword saying "Drive me closer, i want to hit them with my tank" (Tank being the tortoise in this case and not the vehicle)
