This emoticon tutorial is for beginners. All you need is Photoshop and some basic knowledge about how to use it

you don't need photoshop. you can use free software like Gimp, MSPaint, Etc!!!

nope, but if you want to try animating in gimp, try =Commander-Luminaire 's Animated Stamp in Gimp tutorial. it also works with emotes
