A simple but clear tutorial. All the text seems easy to follow and the pictures are nice and big. The one thing i would alter is making the lil blue arrows far clearer as at times its hard to see exactly where they point or spot them against the blue bg. I'm also intriged how you create the glowing effect

also, you don't need PS. Just a program that has layers and has a gradient tool.
