One of my Grimm I created for my Rwby fanfic. Fun little fact about this grimm, it's the one that blinded my oc, Yin Xio Long.

Headcanon

Spitters as they are nicknamed, come from the blackened pools which all grimm are birthed. Unlike most grimm, these guys are smaller (around the size of python or smaller) and are white in color, black ones are incredibly rare and are less venomous than the common white. These grimm in general are rare and if seen should be dealt with immediately. Their venom is dangerous and most of the time, highly toxic. (The only reason Yin Xio Long survived the blow to her eyes as a child and didn't die when she should've was only because of her father, Jaune Arc. With his semblance and timing, he was to stop the venom from killing his daughter but unfortunately he couldn't heal her eyes and she was left blinded with clouded eyes and a hideous scar). Normally, most who are struck by the Spitter's venom die because they are usually out in the wilderness. Spitters don't come to close to human villages but sometimes they are bold enough to. Now their venom. As I stated the venom of a Spitter grimm is highly dangerous but on the black markets, it is highly valued but hard to get and goes for high prices. The venom resides within their mouth but they can send through their barbed rattle tail. Most of the time, it is more common to be bitten or spat at than stung. When they spit, they spit this sticky black, almost tar-like substance that has acidic features that damage skin when contact is made.
Okay there's a little lore about the Spitter grimm! But trust it is not my scariest creation of my Grimm I'm cooking up. Stay tuned!
