Description
Lara Croft's quest for the seven cursed golden idols continues.....She had almost lost her life recovering the first idol thanks to an anaconda attack back in the Amazon. If it wasn't for some poachers that came to her rescue, she would have certainly perished. Now her journey continues as her serpent adversary is destine to be turned into fashionable belts and hand bags.
With one idol already in her possession, it's off to Greece to recover the second. Just off shore, the Mediterranean Sea holds the resting place of the unlucky idol. With the water being somewhat shallow in this area, she decides to keep her diving gear topside and free dive down instead. She easily finds the artifact at the bottom of a seaweed bed without incident. But with the cursed idol now in hand, her luck takes a turn for the worse. Starting to ascend back to the surface, she feels something grab her leg.
At first she figures her leg is just tangled in a strand of seaweed, but that isn't the case. A tentacle has gripped firmly around Lara's ankle as several more follow seizing hold of her. It seems a giant octopus was lying hidden in the seaweed bed with her. It was reluctant to attack her before, but with the golden idol acquired it springs into action. Lara drops the idol as she concentrates on trying to escape from the squeezing, sucking embrace of the octopus. No matter how hard she struggles, the dreaded sea monsters refuses to let her go.
If Lara doesn't get away soon, she will certainly drown or even worse....be shredded to death by it's razor sharp beak!
Lara Croft (wetsuit version) is a custom 1/6 doll of my creation.

I love the simple yet very effective lighting you used here. The only thing is her hair should be swaying or floating and I'm not sure how to achieve that look with the figure unless you photographed her upside down. Still, very impressive!

Thanks. The water effects were nothing more then additional Photoshop lighting.
