"When Peter and Jimmy Met Vicki"Originally done for Comic's Should Be Good's "The Line Is Drawn"... The topic is "team-up two comic book characters that have never teamed-up before". One of the choices was Peter Parker & Jimmy Olsen (although the two briefly met in one of the first Marvel/DC tabloid-sized crossovers).
I wanted to upturn the apple cart by introducing a photographer rival to trump them both: Vicki Vale! Despite being immortalized in the first Tim Burton Batman movie, the girl doesn't seem to get much respect. Adding to the fun are Peter's and Jimmy's dates, who aren't taking kindly to the news.

I think it's Chloe.....I try not to think too hard about the fact that Smallville introduced the idea of her and Jimmy being connected, then sloppily retconned the whole thing by saying it was some other guy with the same name.....and then Chloe was introduced as Jimmy's love interest in the comic ANYWAY.
There was no communication between the staffs on that one.

I always liked it when Peter & Jimmy hit it off in the second Superman/Spider-Man crossover. I can see them being good buddies.

The blonde girl is either Chloe Sullivan or Lucy Lane, depending on which continuity you prefer. ; ) As Lois' cousin and Jimmy's girlfriend on SMALLVILLE, Chloe was pretty much a Lucy Lane like character anyway....
