There are a few things right about this image, and myriad areas for improvement. Which is to say that this image is pigshit.

First off, this is art theft. Now I know what your defense will be: 'But bases are for the use of everyone! How dare you call me a thief!' Well, surprisingly enough vectors taken from the show are the intellectual property of Hasbro.

Not you.

Adding 'cutrie marks' which look, frankly, out of place onto a badly customized base with- I do admit- some good shading on the tails (whn I say good I use the term loosely) does not an original piece make.

That is what's holding you back. This isn't original work, it's flat-out stolen, recoloured and then packaged. Maybe try working on that?
