While most (if not all) Touhou characters are insane, Flandre's insanity is the most like pyro's delusion, I.E. They see their destruction as a gift to give to everyone.

Patchy is a sniper only because she was the default sniper when I still used the Touhou models, a long time ago. But you're right, Reisen would make a better sniper than Patchy~ Thanks for the comment~ ;3

Flandre isn't all crazy and destructive...The biggest reason why I said she should be the sniper is that Koishi is the spy, Flandre hates Koishi, and the Sniper hates the Spy, so she should be the sniper, fits better
Along with a few other minor reasons.
